Create your own custom DTF gang sheet! Upload your designs, size them, duplicate them, and arrange them on the sheet exactly how you would like them printed.

TURNAROUND TIME

Turnaround time is 1–4 business days.

Turnaround time begins after your order is placed and does not include weekends, holidays, or shipping/transit time.

GANG SHEETS MUST BE ORDERED SEPARATELY FROM ALL OTHER ITEMS.

Gang sheets are shipped rolled in a long, skinny box to protect your transfers during shipping. Your gang sheet will arrive as one continuous sheet and you are responsible for cutting the individual transfers apart before pressing.

IMPORTANT — YOUR FILES ARE PRINTED AS SUBMITTED

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE QUALITY AND SETUP OF YOUR ARTWORK.

For the best print quality:

• Upload 300 DPI artwork whenever possible.

• PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended.

• You are responsible for removing the background from your designs before submitting your gang sheet.

• Make sure your artwork is clear, high resolution, and sized correctly.

• Check spelling, colors, sizing, placement, transparency, and image quality before completing your order.

• Low-resolution, blurry, pixelated, or poor-quality artwork may result in a poor-quality print.

• Make sure there are no unwanted backgrounds, boxes, white areas, or other elements around your design unless you want them printed.

WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET

Your gang sheet will be printed as you create and submit it in the builder.

We do not guarantee that artwork will be edited, resized, corrected, cleaned up, have backgrounds removed, or otherwise changed before printing.

If it is visible on your submitted gang sheet, expect it to print.

Please carefully review your entire gang sheet before placing your order. By submitting your order, you are confirming that the artwork, sizing, placement, and layout are approved for printing.

STANDARD DTF SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS

These are recommendations only. You are responsible for choosing the appropriate size for your garment and project.

Adult: Approximately 11" on the longest side
Some customers prefer larger designs and choose 12". We generally recommend no more than approximately 13", depending on the garment.

Youth: 8–9"

Toddler: 6–7"

Infant: 5"

Pocket: 4"

PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO YOUR DESIGN SIZES WHILE BUILDING YOUR SHEET.

Designs larger than approximately 12" in both height and width may be too large for certain garments. Measure your apparel before ordering if you are unsure.

HOW TO APPLY YOUR DTF TRANSFERS

For best results, we recommend using a commercial-quality heat press capable of providing consistent, heavy pressure.

Household irons and small craft-style presses may not provide the consistent heat and pressure needed for proper application.

PRESSING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Pre-press your garment to remove excess moisture and wrinkles.

2. Position your transfer with the vibrant/design side facing up toward you.

3. Press at 300°F–310°F.

4. Press for approximately 10 seconds.

5. Use HIGH/HEAVY pressure — approximately 8–9 PSI.

6. Peel hot or cool, depending on what works best with your press and garment.

7. We recommend covering the design and pressing again for approximately 5–10 seconds after peeling.

Every heat press can vary. You may need to adjust your temperature, time, or pressure slightly for your particular equipment and garment.

CARING FOR YOUR FINISHED GARMENT

For the longest life and most vibrant results:

• Wash garments inside out.

• Wash on a cool/cold cycle.

• Avoid excessive heat.

• Hang dry when possible for maximum longevity.

• If using a dryer, tumble dry using low or no heat.

• Do not iron directly over the transferred design.

ALL CUSTOM GANG SHEET SALES ARE FINAL.

Because gang sheets are custom printed using the artwork, sizes, and layout submitted by the customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds due to customer-submitted artwork or setup errors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Incorrect sizing

• Incorrect spelling

• Unwanted backgrounds

• Backgrounds that were not properly removed

• Low-resolution or pixelated artwork

• Blurry images

• Incorrect colors within the submitted artwork

• Incorrect placement or layout

• Duplicate or missing designs caused by the customer's submitted layout

• Designs being too large or too small for the intended garment

• Pressing/application errors

• Damage caused by incorrect time, temperature, pressure, peeling, or equipment

Your gang sheet is sold and printed AS SUBMITTED. What you submit is what we print.

We are not responsible for transfers damaged during application after they have been pressed. It is the customer's responsibility to understand their heat press, pressure settings, garment material, and pressing technique.

If there is a verified printing or fulfillment error on our part, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
