Refund Policy
All Sales Final
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items once an order has been placed.
This includes (but is not limited to):
• Custom DTF prints
• Gang sheets
• Ready-to-press designs
• Printed apparel
• Sale or clearance items
Please review your artwork, sizing, quantities, and shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
No Cancellations Once Printing Begins
Orders may not be canceled once production has started.
Because we print in-house and begin processing quickly, cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to request a cancellation, you must contact us immediately after placing your order.
If printing has already begun or the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
No Operator Error / Application Responsibility
Sweet Rosewood Prints is not responsible for application errors.
We are not liable for issues resulting from:
• Incorrect temperature, pressure, or time settings
• Use of a household iron instead of a professional heat press
• Failure to follow provided pressing instructions
• Fabric incompatibility
• User error during pressing or peeling
DTF transfers require a professional heat press for proper application. Refunds or replacements will not be issued due to application mistakes.
Order Issues & Damages
All orders are inspected prior to shipping. If you experience an issue, you must contact us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery.
If your order arrives:
• Damaged in transit
• Incorrect
• Missing items
Please email orders@sweetrosewoodprints.com within 72 hours and include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and product
• A description of the issue
Claims submitted after 72 hours may be denied.
We reserve the right to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the affected item.
Address Accuracy & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Insufficient address
• Failure to claim or retrieve package
The customer will be responsible for paying the reshipping fee before the order can be sent again.
Sweet Rosewood Prints is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been accepted by the shipping carrier.
