Processing Times
Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items
All UV DTF transfers, screen print transfers, and smaller ready-to-ship items ship the next business day via USPS or UPS.
Orders placed on Friday after 9:00 AM EST will ship the following Monday.
DTF Singles & Custom Gang Sheets
All DTF single prints and custom gang sheets have a current turnaround time of 3–5 business days.
Turnaround time refers to production time only and does not include shipping transit time.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Important: Shipping Speed vs. Turnaround Time
The shipping method selected at checkout applies only to the carrier’s delivery speed after your order has shipped.
Choosing expedited shipping does not shorten or change our production turnaround time.
While we ship orders promptly once completed, delivery dates are not guaranteed once the package is in the carrier’s possession. Sweet Rosewood Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather, or other carrier-related issues.
Mixed Orders (Custom + RTS)
If your order includes both ready-to-ship items and custom prints, your entire order will ship together once all custom items are completed.
We do not split shipments unless additional shipping fees are paid.
Gang Sheet Shipping Requirements
Gang sheets must be ordered separately from all other products.
Due to packaging requirements, gang sheets ship in specialty long boxes and are shipped UPS only.
If gang sheets are purchased with other items, we may contact you to arrange separate shipping charges.
Additional Notes
• Turnaround begins once artwork is approved (for custom orders).
• Business days do not include weekends or major holidays.
• Transit time is separate from production time.
