  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Flat rate of $5.00 (or free on orders over $100).

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): Calculated at checkout.

  • Local Pickup (Inez, KY): Free – we’ll email you when your order is ready.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal service delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States.

  • At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • Sweet Rosewood Boutique is not responsible for delays or lost packages once items are in the hands of the carrier.
